This is how I’ve been able to lose 17 pounds so far - no diets, without counting calories (except at restaurants), and little to no restricting.
Every time I’ve tried to take that route for weight loss I ended up failing, or gaining the weight back instantly for a couple of reasons - counting calories is extremely exhausting and time consuming, diets are hard to maintain for a long period of time, and restricting just leads to more cravings and eventual binging
